Mid-week Drive and Eat

We are going to have a week day drive and eat on Tuesday January 14th.

We will meet at Corvette World at 12:30pm and leave at 1:00pm for a short drive to the “Barbecue Inn” at Yale and Crosstimbers (116 West Crosstimbers, Houston).
Please register for this event on the club website so we can let the resturant know how many to set up for.

This is a Houston institution founded by the Skrehot family in 1946 and still managed by two of the grandsons. I have been eating there for over sixty years. The name is kind of misleading because their specialty is Fried Chicken, Chicken Fried Steak and Fried Shrimp, and they do serve barbecue and hamburgers.
